Driving Commercial Vehicle Heritage Forward – BCVM Volunteers attend Volunteer Recognition Awards (5th April 2025)
On Saturday 29th March (2025) members of the Museum’s wonderful volunteer team attended the Volunteer Recognition Awards, hosted by South Ribble Borough Council as part of their 50th Anniversary Celebrations.
The event celebrated the achievements of volunteers all over the Borough and saw volunteers from throughout the community come together to celebrate all of their hard work.
Our volunteers received an award within the category of ‘Community Group/Volunteer Team’.
Congratulations to all of our volunteers, this award is a reflection of their hard work and commitment in ensuring that all of our visitors enjoy their visit to the Museum and that the history of commercial vehicle manufacturing is preserved to be enjoyed by future generations.
The Trust really appreciates the continued support of our volunteers.
